New tutorial area

There is a new tutorial area where new characters spawn. It is located just to the east of Jolan the welcomer. Mentors are able to enter the first room (where the characters first appear), but will not be able to travel the tutorial loop... only level 1 characters can do that.

Because of the new large building being constructed adjoining the Dundee walls, part of the entrance to the plains has been cut off. To reach the plains, you must now go further south to the fountain spring and travel east from there. There is also an entrance to the plains from northeast Dundee.
