Constable authority over private messages

Constable authority over private messages

A constable mute now disables the sending of private messages. This ensures an angry person or a rule breaker from continuing harassment over private messages. It also prevents the retaliatory harrassment many of our fine constables. They deal with much from us on a regular basis.
