Power Reworked

Power Reworked

Power has now been reworked a great deal which makes it so:
    Clerics can once again heal themselves to full, but at a disadvantage.
    Special attacks no longer instantly run you out of power.
    Spells can only be cast a limited number of times.
    We're also ready to start putting spells in game questable.
    Who knows what other things we may have gotten ready with this change :)

To answer the questions coming at me...

yes, the lower amount of power you naturally have is part of this change. The costs for everything that use power have been lowered as well. This is much like the change to HP that went in several months ago.


Things that currently use power:
spells and prayers
cleric healing
enchanters' power transfer
special attacks in battle


Power is based on intelligence.
I am rehashing all this because, for several months now, power has been almost a non-factor in the game. Now you will have to start paying attention to your power level as you fight and cast and heal again, like you used to before the big HP/XP/fighting rework that went in at the end of last year.

Power potions are more expensive now becuase they work like HP potions... the amount of power they give you is based on your level.

And, of course, your amount of total power is less so it takes less potions to fill you up than before.
