The forums changed a bit.

Everything was reordered in the top two categories.

All the profession forums got merged into one profession forum, and that was moved up to the general forums section.

The middle section was turned into a Roleplaying section, and houses the roleplaying board, as well as a NEW board for talking in-character about in-game things. This is where you can post if you get some cool new item, or you beat up some big goon, or have some good conversations with an NPC.
