Unable to heal

My character Carmela she is a cleric, char# 102601 is in the tombs in N'rolav and is unable to heal after a fight she is too far away even after clearing the screen, she can use potions. She also tried to heal someone just outside the Tombs and that person was too far away. HelpResolved*smiles*
