Disappearing potions

Postby Cel » Wed Oct 10, 2007 10:35 pm

A member of my guild, Valera 125399 was training on Kilican beach yesterday and somehow all her Health potions disappeared. She is adamant that she did not use them all or accidently mistype an amount. She had around 2100 potions and one moment they were there, the next gone.

I am assuming this isnt normal?

Sorry if I am blunt, but there's no other chance. She did it. If potions have worked for months for anyone else, it's not very likely that potions wouldn't work for her.

Everybody is always adamant that they didn't type the wrong number. =)

There is only one way programmed into the game for you to lose potions: using them by typing in numbers. If that line of code were malfunctioning in some way, EVERYBODY would lose potions when trying to use it.

Is there a way to say, possibly program into the code, that if you only need 70 potions to fill up power or HP and you accidently type 700, then it will only accept the amount needed?

Does that make sense, it sounded much clearer in my head. =)

It's been suggested. Ben said no.
