unable to buy items at market/trade

When trying to buy this item, along with any other which I tested after this being in my way, I reliezed the trade menu isn't working properly, at least not on my end. A blank white page comes up in the web browser, I'm using Mozilla Firefox if would make a difference.

Was your pack full? If you can not carry anymore items and try to buy from the market you will usually get the blank white page.

No, was what I usually carry, not a whole lot equipped if that matters, but no more on Seph than I usually do.
