Bromidic Bos' + "Kills this Hour" List

(concerning Ermin Appleblossom, char no. 124670)

My character, Ermin, is a level 15 enchantress whose current training spot are the Bromidic Hills. I spend a long time training Ermin in these hills, and usually take a break to look at the main page, looking at other characters' descriptions etc. etc.

One thing I noticed was that even after a couple of hours of training, Ermin was not on the "Kills This Hour" list. Let's say the person at the bottom of the list had killed 20 creatures. Then let's say Ermin had killed 50 creatures. She was nowhere on the list.

Is this a bug or is there a logical reason for this?

P.S. This has been going on for a long while, ever since I started training Ermin in the hills, which was from level 13 - 14.

I've noticed some oddities regarding the kills per hour table, for example I've logged on a few times to see the top person only having 20 kills... but then a few minutes later the top person having 200... My assumption here was that I was connected to a different server? But I do not really know how the DG system is set up?

Oooh, I just noticed that I'm on the top list... how exciting!

It could also be that the kills per hour list resets at the top of every hour, so if you look at 7:58, the top person may have many, when at 8:01, the table resets again and the tally starts all over.

As for the people with high kill rates in the hundreds, thats usually high level folks farming and killing stuff off for plats, sometimes with assistance in getting people to get multiple spawns in a screen to maximize their plat production.

Internet speed is a main with the kills list.

Plus the List doesn't add up the totals every second, it takes what, 30 seconds to refresh the list?
