No idea were the extera a or A came from, only noticed it when I came to in the inn, so not sure if it happened at the time I died or after.

Aren't they called "A Prisoner" in the title? When you get slain by something it says for example:

Thus, if the name is "A Prisoner" then it would get the repeat like that.

Aye, just noticed it and the cloak needs to be changed as the Yetti is indeed Valorn only.

In the Soul Leach Nest it should actually be Leech. The definitions of the two words are different.
