Foyeur (sic)

Postby Venus Darkmoon » Sat Sep 25, 2004 5:30 pm

The Great Temple of Cory is Branshior - it is spelled "Foyer", unless it is different in American English...

In the strange glowing catacombs:

At several spots, the describing paragraph mentions "tics" and other creepy things.

I believe "ticks" is what the author means.,,
Hey, Steve Miller! "Justice" does not rhyme with "taxes"!

Lavaflow Flats

The ground seems to be a mixture of smooth and glassy rock and the charred remains of former flora. Ash drifts through the air, resembling nothing so much as black snow. Now and then, the reddish heat of lava bubbles up from beneath the ground, contained for the moment by the heated rocks around it. Cracks dot the terrain, from which steam issues forth in great drifts of heated fog. A lave flow too wide to jump across separates this furnace from the lands to the east.

Just a small mistake, should be lava I assume.

The burial hall of the Scarab Pharoah, in the main description, Burial is spelled "Burrial" there should only be one 'r'.

At the:

Locked Steel Gate (at the Plane)

"The east section of town has been ordered closed by Mayor Alwythe due to crime.

Should be Aldwythe 8).

Ah, I found two more. At the Plane again.

Corys Temple

Eleder Acolyte of Cory says
"You probably noticed Corys tower already, its just to the north of the
fountain in the center of town. Cory actually uses this tower as him home...

Eleder should be the Elder I assume, and him should be his.

In the afterworld..

The fog at the outskirts of the visible light swirls constantly with movement. There is a crudely constructed sign made if sticks forming an arrow north.

Should be 'made of sticks'.

Corys Public Throne room;

"This is Corys public throne room. Various clerics, nobles and commoners are waiting around to have an audience. Hany guards stand around keeping a watchfull eye on the crowd, still more walk in and out of doors pacing through the hallways. The walls are adorned with various artwork donated to Cory by the citizens of Valorn. The throne itself is set against the back wall on a raised platform so he can see the entire crowd without having to stand up."

Tower Entrance

This is the base of a huge tower. The tower is a smooth cylindar all the way to the sky. The top of the tower is covered in points resembling a closing rand raching upwards toward the heavans. The base is completely smooth other then a tunnel leading inward to a set of very large and intricate wooden doors

A few in there. Not sure what a 'rand' is either.

Thank you very much for your kind work, everyone.

I've corrected the catacombs, the Pharoah's Burial Chamber, the Lavaflow Flats, Fartown, and Cory's new area.

Keep up the hard work, everyone! You're my eyes, and your constructive assistance is appreciated.

The great city of Ryndall lies around you, barren of citizens. A bazaar filled with strange sights and sounds is to your east. To the south is a dark and unkept alley, and what looks like a training yard.

And then one east...

This bazaar is silent as a tomb. The city center is to your west.

I know, techincally not a SPELLING error, but an error none the less. :)

Above the Jail Cells

There are hallways with more cells futher down, some of which have been permanently sealed it seems.

Should be further, small mistake :).
