errors in all attack modes except retreat

the above pops up on a blank white screen when'ere I complete a fight, forcing me to back up and retreat *frowns* no fun!

I have been getting the exact same error with my alt on Killican trying to fight beach vipers, each time i attack or quick attack i get:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: create_item() in /var/www/html/spawnfunc.inc.php on line 422

but i can attack land urchins fine it seems.

Refreshing has no effect i can only retreat and poof to safety.

I was getting it too. it seemed that the error was in the monster dying and spawning it's item drop. I was caught between two monsters that would not take the final hit and die. Eventually someone else came in and layed down the final hit on monster A (killing it) and I stepped back and dealt the killing blow against monster B.


EDIT: Noticing how soon afterward it was that Cory made his broadcast about spell changes, I am thinking this problem was just due to his tinkering in the system.

Does this error happen again as of this moment? I believe the error ocurred during a change I made and added a typo

It doesn't appear to be affecting me any more
