Apprenticeship form error

Apprenticeship form error

When you click use on the Apprenticeship form before you have it signed by someone you get this error:

Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/darkgrim/public_html/item_scripts/get_prof.inc.php on line 14

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/darkgrim/public_html/item_scripts/get_prof.inc.php:14) in /home/darkgrim/public_html/item_scripts/get_prof.inc.php on line 34

...btw, who are the forum 'admins' when I try to get my password emailed to me it says that my account is inactive.

I think the board is supposed to email you your password automatically. =\
