Yea, you didn't mention it in the Announcement so erm here...
I was uing Featherweight, and was quick about it, looked at my power and it hadn't moved. Looked a few seconds later, it finally went down.
Note: It did tell me I was out of power on when I was though. Even though the power was slow to actually refresh.
