healer in town

dont know if this is bug or not but everytime i use healer in both towns i get healed about 400 pts above my current max hps. Even at my full hp he will heal an additional about 400 hp?????

thatr's really odd, I'm used to get 13000hp than my maximum(due to my items) but that you get more seems to be a bug
