Invisible "spoils"

Whilst out hunting Sand Zombies, I noticed that the dropped item was coming out as this

When I press the P to pick up, nothing shows on my inventory???

When I sell them they get the same money as Intact Zombie Heads, and I picked some up from the Zombie Archeologists, and I also sold some that gave the same money as the Brass Monocles...

This happens to some Animal Control Collars as well. I can sell, them, and it says 'Weight: 1 Effect: Animal-Zombie Contro'.

I'd advise them to be just sold, this error was short lived and quickly fixed.
