Alf was blessed by a cleric giving him Appointment of Ben's might (+2 str) and then, while still having that blessing, blessed with blessing of god's favor (+10 str). He should have a total 134 str, but is only at 124.
I think the existing personal body blessing is canceling the second given blessing.

That is not a bug per se but it is a known effect.
Unfortunately, only admin given blessings can ‘add on’ after the fact, the others will override even if it doesn’t show the blessing dropping off.
So if you have an admin blessing, best to tell the clerics to keep away from downgrading you.
