Subscription Renewal

I subscribe to DG and have never had this issue before. My $5 has cleared Paypal for this month's subscription but my premium has not automatically renewed. I am not sure if this is a know/new bug on your end but I thought I would post it here in case anyone else is having a similar problem.
I would be grateful if you could look into this for me at your earliest opportunity. I realise how busy you all must be, and appreciate your time.
