This is typically a browser cache issue.
Clear your browser cache, let us know if that helps and if not, what browser you are using.

I have cleared it a few times as well as all other data, and restarted.
I use firefox
And still the avatar does not show up

It shows up just fine on my firefox and chrome browsers.
Have you completed the latest FF update?
Is anyone else having this issue?

I can see it on all my browsers as well (Dabria listed all the ones except IE, which I don’t use... I also don’t use edge.)

The URL for the Lemonyana icon seems to be

https://iprovision.com.au/lemonyanas.gif for some reason unlike most of the other icons which are mostly under www. or static.darkgrimoire.com.
As it happens, the SSL certificate for iprovision.com.au is also invalid too (only valid for subdomains such as mail.iprovision.com.au).
