I tried it a few times worked fine, in and out no issues. the last two times i noticed it. I had the limit of deaths .

I happened once, i had 3 deaths.. next time i ended up there i was able to get out i had zero deaths. when i posted this i had my limit again at 2 (currently non premium)

I used an alt to reach the death limit and went and the alt is stuck.

This has happened to me in the past, and I have heard of it happening to others. The factor affecting the ability to leave the Welcome Centre does seem to whether or not the chracter is at the maximum number of deaths.
