So this is a bit of a weird bug, but the costume for the scarecrow instead equips the avatar for sea lord Xenderon
Order Adjutant Viviyana raises her hands to receive the Blessing of Zanaan's Presence , "Oh, thank you."

All future Scarecrow costumes have been fixed. If you have a Scarecrow costume currently in your possession and want it fixed, let me know. If you wanna keep the Sea Lord you're welcome to.
