The auto-text for entering and leaving rooms in this area is omitting the character name. The chat box text just reads, " has entered the area." Or, " has left north." Emotes and speech still work normal.

Actually, it's not just the Cavern of Cells. My character's name is gone everywhere. Except emotes and speech.
