Star-crossed Amulet of Fate

Are these supposed to recharge? Because I waited to see if it would for an hour and a half and nothing happened. :D
Not sure if that's what it's supposed to do or not.
Ridder Zeric of Admin says "[Broadcast] **looks at the fact 14 hours have passed on the clock** Oh. That explains why I'm tired. **collapses**"

According to mysterious voice heard in the inn last night, when people received these, and asked this very question:

Don't count on it. They are called "Star-Crossed" for a reason.


So, who knows?(Gods and Goddesses excluded,of course. ;)

Maybe an error in the description , but maybe they charge in a different way *nods* who knows

I don't think there is any error in the description. They're seemingly somewhat ill-fated if the stars are against them, as implied by the amulets name. I don't see how that would improve. Hehe.

Maybe they will randomly recharge now and again if the stars allow it. or maybe not at all.

I was curious if there was supposed to be more than the first sentence on these amulets. The original amulets have several sentences when viewed from your own inventory.
Zanaan the Unsartorial says "Me? I am always Modest my dear. In fact I am due a medal sometime that exemplifies just how splendorously modest I am. Why if only others could be as modest as I. *Looks to Zheq and whispers* What's modesty again?"

We might amend descriptions if they're confusing people. I had thought this item was relatively clear, especially after the in-game hints.
