Was wanting to pass them to someone that needed them and then I remembered this from last time. I like my health.

In all matters pertaining to bug exploitation, intent is key.

If you've been given a broken orange crystal and traded it unknowingly, that's fine. If you've found one in a store and bought it unknowingly, that's also fine. If someone is deliberately exploiting a known issue for their own gain then they'll have to step into my office. Or a jail cell. Or a terrifying arena where they are gradually torn to shreds by nightmare creatures. Depending on which admin catches them and how they feel at the time.
