Health restored message when on 0 power

It's been a while since I did any serious training so I'm not sure if it's meant to be like this or not. It's not a big problem, but might be an error. Apologies if it's been mentioned before.

When I click on 'restore this person's health' to heal myself, even if I have 0 power it posts a message in chat saying that 'Fleur's health is restored.' I can do that as many times as I like, with no power. It obviously doesn't heal me at all, but it says that I am.

When healing with no power available, should it give this message?

This appears to be a bug (And it also appears to affect Enchanter rejuvenating beams).

We'll look into it.
