Brown Crystals not working.

Aseret Swordwinder, Character number 12328 has the following items in his pack.

Yet every time he tries to use the Brown Crystal the following message appears.
"Aseret Swordwinder concentrates on a Brown Crystal, but nothing happens "

I would expect the crystal to absorb the ingots in order to be able to use the crystal once fully charged.

One thing to mention is that the crystal has been in the bank for a while but I would not thing that would affect its ability to absorb an ingot.
He also has several other older crystals that did not work.

Are you sure they are not full already?

I worked with Aseret on this. I had the same question about being full. but when I try to use a full brown. it tells you , that it is already full and more ingots cannot be added. Aseret's try resulted in "nothing happens".

If I recall right Asrai had this exact same problem, but if she found a answer to it I don't know, but jus my thoughts on this is that since the brown is before the new 'old' Ingots where put in that they'd have to get a brown from after they was put in before it'd work....if that makes sense.

Yes I am having this same issue, but It was mentioned that maybe, like the rings, the crystal has to be new.

So I have been waiting on a guild mate to find a brown crystal to try it out on.

I also had considered the old crystal issue which is why I mentioned it in the original question.
Today I farmed up a brand new brown crystal and it still gave me the same message so it appears the the brown crystals will not absorb ingots that are labeled as Old Invasion Ingots.
Might just be a bug in the different naming of the ingots or there is a reason the older ingots wont work and they are to be used for another purpose.

I also Found a regular Invasion ingot and the old brown crystal absorbed it and now has a weight of 6 instead of 5.

I am still having this issue it seems to be more of an issue with the Old invasion ingots rather than an issue with the crystals.
I am sure I am not the only one experiencing this though.
