Ugh, I thought I had this problem fixed. I guess not. Mainly since people were taking advantage of the old voting scheme and finding ways to get multiple votes, I had to put htis new one in. Its causing problems and I might not be able to get it fixed for a bit.
I just made a small change. This may fix some of the issues.
