This is not a traditional scavenger hunt because you're not given a list of items to find, you're given riddles to solve and you must find people based on these riddles. You should be scouting around in game, asking questions as necessary to find the person that the riddle is speaking of. Some riddles will be harder than others, some will be easier. Your quest is to hunt them down and get your next riddle. =D
All participants have to sign up (PM me with your character number or put your character number here).
You can collaborate as a group of 5 at most. We must know your collaborators.

Rules/Guidelines for Participating:
1. Riddles are created around a clueholder's personality/history in DG.
2. Riddles are either in a poetic form or in a picture form. Riddles may have suppose "spelling errors" - the errors are intentional!! And are part of the clue. =D
3. Personality/History can come from the DG Forums, DGplayers network(forums/journals), character profile, or in game history.
4. The riddle gives insight into who the clueholder is, but it is YOUR quest in the scavenger hunt to seek out WHO the clueholder is and to send them a PM when you've figured out who the riddle is talking about.
5. All clueholders have a URL to another riddle. When you've figured out who the clueholder is, PM them with the following message: "(ClueHolder Name Here): I tagged you for the KC Scavenger Hunt!".
- So basically, solve the riddle, find the next clueholder, get the URL, solve that riddle, repeat.
Modified Rule:PM's must also include the Riddle that the player figured out.
6. There will not be any clueholder listing. This is meant to be a true hunt. You'll have to ask other characters about people to see who fits the riddle description and also ask other characters who may be friends of that clueholder if they have their character number for PMing them.
7. The last riddle given will be to what item to bring back and how many and the FIRST person/team to do it - wins! Easy, right!?

Modified Rule:Your "winning" PM must also include the list of clueholders - IN ORDER of how you found them.
For example, if Bob's riddle URL led to Sue, then Sue's riddle led to John, then John's was the last riddle. PM me: "Bob, Sue, John".
8. You can work individually or in teams up to 5 people. Honestly, if you can cooridinate well, the more people the better on this because you'll be playing detective in a way.
9. If you participate in a group - it is up to YOU and your group to decide how to split the prizes. We will give the prizes to the designated "leader" of the group.
10. If you participate in a group - you MUST give us the characters names and numbers of ALL participating.
11. You should work within your group to SOLVE the riddle - but when looking for whom the riddle speaks of and to find their character number, you may use any means necessary/available to you for finding this information. I don't care if you use your guild forums, DG Forums, outside sites, talking to people in game, or whatnot. The means of getting information is open and encompasses a good amount of resources.
12. Winners and their answers will be announced at the close of the game.
13. Clueholders are REQUIRED to give the URL when they are PMed for the information.
14. Clueholders are ACTIVE players who are normally on DG for at least 1 - 2 hours everyday. There will NOT be a chance of missing them too often - and/or if someone comes across a time conflict - they will be replaced.
- This ensures that you have ample time and access to the clueholders to get your URL and continue on with the game.
Note: PLEASE Keep in Mind - Once you solve the riddle and find their character number you can also PM the clueholders while they are offline. Because ALL clueholders log in at least once per day during the week they WILL answer ALL offline PMs/Questions you have. Due to scheduling conflicts and RL situations, you will NOT always get "Real Time" to find the clueholders.
15. Clueholders and Riddle Writers ARE allowed to play as contestants for prizes - EXCEPT for those specifically outlined below.
