Create a blessing, enchantment, or curse!

These can be of the regular or godly varieties.
Please explain their origins and purpose, and how you think they might be introduced (except of course if they are godly, then obviously... they *just happen*).

Prizes for realistic creativity =)

This contest runs for 30 days from now.

This is a Curse AND a Blessing...

I have Jago in mind on this one.

An annoying adventure is running to and fro generally being a nuisance to everyone, and watching them do so annoys Jago this time (perhaps they we're pilfering fox pelts) so he curses them with ROOTING. The curse causes the person to be rooted to the ground, unable to run or even move from their current spot for 6 marcs! But due to the grounding effect of this curse the person is able to hold a lot more! But... Can't move to make use of it!

The Gods Double Take (Curse or Blessing)

-5/+5 to all Stats for 3 marcs (Depending on the Gods Mood and if they liked/not liked what the Adventurer did)

You did something so bizarre/crazy/outlandish that it made even the Gods do a double take and wonder just what in N'Rolav you were thinking when you decided to do it.

(In other words, you made the even the Gods go "What the Hell?" by your actions)

Origin:

Once long ago, there was an adventurer who's name has long since been forgotten by time. He was always doing crazy and impossible tasks, the more bizarre the better. He eventually became the talk of the towns of Dundee and Milltown, known for his crazy escapades, such as trying to see if he could feed some of the monsters or even once trying to befriend a demon. Everything he did made other shake their heads and wonder what he was thinking.

Finally, he did something so outrageous, that it caught the eye of the Gods high up on Sun Rifter. It was so crazy and outlandish, that exactly what he did has been hotly debated by scholars, for no one can quite remember the details. But what ever it was, made even the Gods stop and stare down at him, wondering what he was thinking and do the proverbial Double Take, and thus the Curse/Blessing of the Gods Double Take was made manifest.
Alanna "Remember, everything around you can be a weapon. Even another Adventurer"
Aryana "The Shadows are my home. It's where I keep my hidden stash of Candy Balls....Oh Shiny!"

RP Blessings and Enchantments
The current blessings, enchantments and curses all come with stat adjustments or item creation. In a roleplay game with magic users we are certainly missing roleplay magic!
These would offer no practical benefits whatsoever, they would just "change" something in our characters, for a few marcs.

They could be made available either by a new type of crystal guardian, the Carbon Crystal Guardian and the usual methods of elucidators decoding glowing carbon crystals OR as a quest item from Ryndal/Branishor scholars in return for Violet/Brown crystals.

Blessings
Zeric's Majestic Visage - Need to impress your friends and fans? Grow an instant (and always perfectly combed) moustache and goatee.
Jago's Familiar - Summon the blessing of Jago's fox companion and get a little spirit fox image to hover on your shoulder. Great for silent company or to make one seem more attuned to nature.
Art of War, War of Arts - Instantly become a proficient singer, painter, sculptor, or writer, channeling inspiration directly from the Goddess of Art and War.

Enchantments
Sweet Spontaneous Scent - Instantly make a piece of gear smell like the fondest memory of anyone that comes near.
Festive Flavor Frivolity - Lousy Cook? Wishing you could turn that watery ale into the most exquisite Ethucan wine? Cast this and enhance the flavor of anything. Yes, anything, even gear! ****Warning: enchantment only lasts a few marcs! Make sure to swallow whatever it is cast on before it expires****
Lingering Lucky Leisure - Increase your odds of winning games of chance. If you believe in such a thing as luck over skill, of course.
Turcko, Falx Monde, Ivan Monde, Argoth

Technically, we can cast enchantments and blessings on items on the ground, including fixed items. Few or none of them work. I have two suggestions, both blessings for fixed items:

Bless Room: Comes in gold, red, and blue versions. Each prohibits an evil being below a certain level from entering or remaining in same room as the item; rules for not remaining resemble the rules on retreating, except that it is an automatic success. Evil normally means demons and their close kin; but, for example. those who swear to falsehood in a legal matter have been affected by Bless Room on the tribunal.

Deodand: If cast on an item which is a person (injured or slain) or a damaged object, it will indicate to the casting cleric the shortest route to the weapon which inflicted the damage (or most of it). In certain cases, it has also been a visible blessing on the weapon, counteracting evil enchantments. If the wielder of a weapon under such a blessing is slain, it is never a drop; it is absorbed into Sunrifter. [Intended for quests]

A practical blessing:

Blessing of the Refreshed Adventurer

Obtain by refreshing oneself at a well.

"Alfred Elpin splashes their face with the contents from the Well"
"Alfred Elpin radiates Blessing of the Refreshed Adventurer"

Gives +1 to Con/Int for 3 marcs

A humorous curse:

Curse of the Parched Adventurer

Obtain by attempting to drink from an empty cup.

"Alfred Elpin tries to drink, but the mug is empty"
"Alfred Elpin dims with the Curse of the Parched Adventurer"

Gives -1 to Int/Str for 1 marc
Warrior by the hand of Topaz, mint farmer by birth.
