BBQ Wrap
For this dish you need a flat metal sheet which is heated from below and kept at a high temperature.
Slice a selection of fresh vegetables of your choice. Potatoes and onions can be mixed with leek and carrot, a few peas can be added. Rutabuga is tasty, as are mushrooms (for those who like them).
The slices are scattered on to the hot metal sheet. Make sure to keep the food moving on the plate. Stir the mixed vegetables around, flip them over – the important point is to not let pieces of the food stay still on the hot plate or they will char. Sprinkle lemon juice on to the food while it is being cooked. Heat until the slices of vegetable are warm but still firm. For added crunch, a nut can be crushed and added after cooking, along with slices of uncooked tomato if desired.
For those who eat flesh, shred up bos meat and cook on the plate, mixing it with the vegetables.
Cut a roundloaf into thin slices. Spoon the cooked mixed vegetables over half of a roumdloaf slice, and pour over a quantity of the sauce (below) before folding the roundloaf slice over the contents.
The Sauce
Mix wine with a small amount of bos milk, along with spices of choice. Warm the sauce slightly before pouring on to your food.
Enjoy!
