Return to Ryn - Calling all adventurers!

Postby Blythe » Sun Jul 07, 2019 11:03 pm

The time has come to reclaim the fallen city. Removing the bodies of our lost and peacefully laying them to rest is our first step. We have requested Branishor's aid in this first phase of our attempts to cleanse Ryn and cull out some of the demons that have grown plentiful since the demon lord's fall. If you have questions please contact any Iron Order Member.

if you are unable to make it to the Reborn Zone, all adventurers will meet in the Dundee Inn thirty minutes prior to the start.

IF I work that day I don't get off til 5p CST which will be an hour after the event starts. Then still have to drive home. So I will get there when I get there... unless I am off work... which I don't know my schedule until tomorrow. But I will be there ASAP!

Greetings all,

Recently, our Queen Cordelia has requested Branishor’s aid in removing the bodies from Ryn. After a lot of internal debate we decided to join you in this and I asked for volunteers from my staff to assist. We've now put together a small group of clerics to help. They will attend alongside you and ensure that any collected bodies will be taken to our Holy Temple, where they will be cared for and laid to rest.

I have other news to share that might aid you in your efforts. Under strict supervision and with utmost safety protocols in place, we have been studying the Dark Staff obtained by the Demon Lord’s Diaconus. Our scholars believe it to be a relic on par with the Sword of Valorn in regards to power, and that it is not inherently dark, but merely warped by the previous owner. We think, using this staff, we have found a way to imbue one of our holy rings with the power to guard areas from occupation by dark creatures, specifically demons. There is but one such powered ring in existence at this time, and it seems to have bonded with one of our younger clerical researchers. She will be one of the party accompanying you to help in the reclamation.

We wish you the best of luck in this endeavour and I look forward to seeing you all return safely.

Signed, High Cleric Shamson the Holy.

Authorised by and on behalf of the Council of Branishor.

I'll be casting portals from Dundee Inn to make it easier to get there. Might only be able to hang about an hour or so but that should at least get folks there.

By the time she's done I should be available to take over soon after, as I already know I'll be about an hour to an hour 15 late getting there.

I'll be there when I can, and I'll drag Rosaline along. Even if she doesn't like it! *Grins as she teases*
