When it comes to player-run events, there are three categories.
1) Events that have absolutely no need of Admin interaction to be successful.
2) Events that it might be nice if Admin can be around for because we might like to contribute in some way.
3) Events that involve a change in the DG world -- scenery, buildings, items, people -- these require
Admin interaction in order to make sense.
If you are planning a category 1 event, you do not need to let us know specifically about it.
If you are planning a category 2 event, you can email us and let us know so that we can decide if we want to attend / help / add to it in any way. Of course, with any event that you would like a crier call / facebook post / tweet for, including categories 1 and 2, you can always ask.
If you are planning a category 3 event, which requires Admin interaction, you must email us and agree a time in advance.
