All child characters (those under 17) must become adults by the end of this week (by May 20th). The probationary period where we allowed some characters to be children is now over.
Anyone who continues to be under 17 after May 20th will be considered OOC. Basically, the people who play children have stopped acting like children, so having the allowance in the game is pointless.
The previous age of being an adult in valorn was 15, but this could lead to problems of harrassment and inappropriate behavior, so it is being raised to 17. You are considered an adult in this fantasy world when you are 17, and all player characters must be 17 years or older.
