When writing in to the CONTACT US addresses....

When writing in to the contact us addresses, PLEASE do not write to us in-character. For instance, if you are 30 and your character is 12, don't write in saying "I am 12 years old...". Or if your character is blind don't write in "I am blind and would like...". It just confuses us and the issues we are trying to deal with. When dealing with rule breakage and accounts, we are dealing with people, not characters. Say something like "My character, Jordana (#4500981) is blind and...". Always include character numbers for anybody you are talking about, and make sure we know what info goes with a particular character or a particular player.
