If you've emailed an admin directly, especially me, there is a good chance I've just trashed your email. This does not mean I'm ignoring it, it just means that the emails at the bottom of the page are the primary means of contact for a reason. I'm currently out of the office, but I'm still able to check ocassional tickets on the email system. I wont be downloading my personal mail for a while still and when I do I'm likely to have a lot of mail I just trash.
