too many connections error

I am still investigating the cause, but there was a major change overnight in the server load. The load is not from normal traffic ands probably due to another worm or a DoS again, which means its temporary.

The upside of this though is that the servers are now configured to withstand things like this easier, and every chance I get to make an improvement like that is a good thing. It should hold up well against the current load, and I'll keep tweaking it if hte load increases again.
