So I've been writing some different types of poems lately as I wander about studying and taking in the many different sites, sounds and creatures within these fine lands. I thought I'd jot down a few of them here, and then maybe add some more of the ones I later find I like as they come to me in my quiet marcs. =)


Life or Death – The Zone
Crossing over the bridge
Living, body pulsates, death
Zone horrors howling


The Abyss
Plunge in darkness deep
Alight to face the demon guards
Standing one or two


Zeds - The Undead
Decay on the inside
Staggering slow with a moan
Hungry for your braaains

Visions
Ominous and wretched
Through elder eyes
A terror unknown

Just came to me in the dundee inn.
Dedicated to Azure

Hat
A feathered cap
So soft and blue
Upon a fair-haired knight

At Sea
Between wet feet
Colorful fishes swim
In shimmering azure

Twilight soothes thy eyes
Sky filled with softness;
A perfect moonlit eve.

Wrapped in semblance

Endless Rose
Whispered the rose bushes
Memories of the past
As blossoms fade away

Dreamscape
Free from always being an outsider
the worries of impending evil
fear of a darkness no light can penetrate.

Ruby sparks hint upon fall winds
wrinkled orange pumpkins
mysteriously appear within the lands

All regard casually tossed aside
brave friends rushing forward
facing the masked foe for shinnies!

Bouncing to and fro
A gibbering big Korunga
Might accidently smush you.

Upon the foreboding marc
a vortex of helping hands
champions of light rising

Macabre
Spirits rise from time-worn tomes
to dance a skeleton parade
to hold a ghastly masquerade

Darkness falls upon Valorn
Unknown images creep from the fog
Born of our minds ... or more ?

Cool winds howl fierce
Terrorizing evil destoyed
Blue Warrior strides on

Clouds cover lightly

Memories of summer rain
The smell of the sea
