This is something I just refuse to let die, although long seasons of hibernation are common. Just FYI, This post is about game based on something my original guild used to play and the goal is to get to know everyone. I will start with an open ended question, and one person will answer back, then pose
another question...

Ooc: How many times
do you adjust the water temp when you're in the shower?

Maybe once a month? It stays pretty firmly where I want it as water temp control is separate from water pressure.


IG question: What one item not currently in the game would you like to see most?

Who can choose just one? It would be cool to have cannons again, but, it might be fun to have a sort of "claw machine" or game of some sort, that had random prizes/zonks when people play. maybe it needs two or more adventurers in the area to activate or something like that, to encourage RP. Maybe sometimes it gives nothing, who knows? This is a great question; it might deserve its own thread.

What was your worst injury and how did you sustain it?

Ok, what about this instead:

IG, what is your favorite food of all time, seasonal or otherwise, and is there an IG experience/story about it?

Injury Dg....Lav sustained a burn that refused to heal for a LONG time, still can see a faint trace as it healed finally. The food one...this for me would depend on character. One's would be candy...another loves soup, the others have theirs.but that is my main two.

If you could add a holiday to DG what would it be, and why?

BB's Birthday!!!!! There would be music and drinks and games and dancing, and of course, lots of prezzies!!!


Do any of your characters have accents, and if so, what would they sound like?

Viv is cultured and a bit prissy...aka snob

Draekyn is a slow drawl unless he is pissed and then it is clipped.

Hmmm most embarrassing moment IG?

I was talking trash in GC about another guild (during one of their events) and accidentally posted it in area chat
Lesson learned: don’t trash talk. Ever.

Least favorite area (IC) and why?

The wall. Was always such a pain gathering enough light to properly explore it back in the day so poor little Man had to fumble around in the dark, and probably missed out on some crystals he couldn't see.

What event in your characters life has most altered the path their RP took?

Drakon. That whole storyline altered Lavs perception of a lot of things.

What is your most memorable death in Valorn?

Being killed by the Branishor LM...I laughed for a solid ten minutes at least. Cody still avoids it occasionally


What is your favorite festival or event in Valorn and why?

Ooh...that's a hard one! I am a toss up between Fall Festival and Winters Warming. On one hand I love the costumes and the fun of Fall Festival, but with Winters Warming it is so nice to see the joy on peoples faces when they get a gift!

What is your favorite quest you have done in the game?

As an enchanter, my favorite was the quest to get the gemstone staff. Love that staff. It's so enchantery. But really any quest that required the collection of one thing, to take to another place, to get another thing, to do something else to, were always fun challenges. And if it involved another player somehow, even better.

Along this line... What would be a great (define "great" as you wish) quest to add to the game?

I would love to see a quest that would include all four of the professions working together. Maybe to make it more achievable, everyone's level wouldn't matter? But then say, after completing a few different parts of the quest, the adventurers each get something worthy for their profession, for working together. (Players could wait and take specific friends, or be opportunistic and make new friends by asking strangers to help?) I know this is so vague, lol, sorry.


What is your favorite out-of-the way area in DG, (you can answer IC or OOC) and why? Someplace you go when you're alone or with someone special, someplace not frequented by many other adventurers?

Lavender's favorite place use to be Caernivale's pub. But lately, it has been her new cabin in her guild hall. Her home within her home.

Question: IF you could change one thing in the game.. personal or something that happened IG.. what would it be?

Okay, sad confession. I'd have canceled my RL plans and attended the Beyond the Door event. I will probably always regret not being there. Viv had all these plans to try and lock up Quarrus in the cell below AV, keep him there until it was all over.
