it's a glitch. I saw the same thing on the western beach when Bens Might wore off and it can't be cast twice (nor was it or I would have reported the bug)

I think it's just making multiple announcements for some reason.

The box jumps every time you switch talking styles (say, emote, guild-say, guild emote) but not when I move. that part may have to do with said ads (since I have premium) but the jumping when you switch speak styles has nothing to do with the ads =)

If someone had nobility and loses it should they still have the nobility stuff equiped? I have seen people that lost thier nobility and still have thier Noblility Required equiped because they never took them off.
