Although the multiple drops and XP are cured, It can still weird out the combat results. I just had an instance where it showed 3 runds of combat AFTER the creature had died.
No, I wasn't already fighting the undead either.

I also have recreated a quad kill.

For those that behave there is nothing more satisfying than seeing someone turned into a pile of ash.
