Bringing this back up as it has happened numerous times for me. Sometimes people dissapear from my friends list, and won't reappear when I add them, but show up the next day, or some other time anyhow. And yes, they were active.

The almanac, from what I hear, was created purely through RP, and therefore has plenty of a place in DG, the same as any map that has been created, for instance.
