I recently purchased a soul leech dagger with an alt and it had the old stats of 3ac 3dex and 3attack.
Is this the result of a glitch?

on the new server Using my powder bag inside the inbound portal recieving area gave me a white screen and caused an error i couldnt use my back button to get around.
