If you put in the wrong password a couple times it redirects you to a login page, then if you get it wrong a few more times the recaptcha shows up.

Recaptcha for the forum login needs upgraded to V2
I could login without putting anything into the recaptcha box

This is not the first time I've seen this, though I can't recall what other item was malfunctioning. I passed it off as an odd change of the hour thing at the time.

EDIT: Clearing Cache fixed it hhhhmmmm.... okay. I guess if it was caching the page then that would make some sense but the browser should be confirming with the OS that the IP hasn't changed. Or, at the very least, checking it isn't serving the same domain from multiple IP addresses. Time to get a...
