Three odd bugs

1. went for demon blood and had to retreat on a monster.. although I retreated into a clear.area I could not heal... I was too far away to appraise???

2. after dying because I could not heal.. I reformed next to the monster that killed me not at a LM.. and could not move for 44 minutes.. kinda an even trade off.. cant heal.but reform next to monster..

3. this one kinda stinks... pretty simple.. I bought a death reset scroll about an hour ago out of trade.. the plat of 1000 that I paid is gone.. but no scroll showed up in my pack
