So, how descriptive are you?

Azure, Shirila and Urkki invite you to enter this simple competition. From now until Midnight (EST) on March 15th.

To enter all you need to do is post a link to you character IG (one entry per character) and let our panel of independent judges see if what you have written really captures the essence of what they are about. Non Premium Players may enter by posting their description along with their character number within this thread or, if preferred sending the entry via the PM function on this forum to a contest host who will post the entry on their behalf.

There will be several factors our judges will take into consideration:
- The profiles adheres to Game Play Rule Five.
- Grammatical correctness
- Whether or not your profile is in essence "forcing" RP (i.e telling the reader how they should think or feel in a when in their presence etc. See Purazon's excellent thread for further information).

- Finally whether or not all that is described in the profile could realistically be noticed about a person in passing.

Prizes will include:

1st Prize: 2 months premium time and 10 000 plat.

2nd Prize: 1 Months premium time and 5 000 plat.

3rd Prize: One Treasure Box and 10 000 potions.

Please specify the character you would like Premium time/plat donated to by PM-ing one of the hosts in game. Do likewise to state your preference of potion type.


Other prizes may be added depending on how generous the demons of the lands are when we three venture out to farm!

So Premium Players please post a link to your IG profile not the profile itself. Non Premium players please post your description along with you character number.

Well heres my description.

At a glimpse you see an average height man, roughly 5’10”. He is quick with a strong muscular build as you may see as he runs by.
When he is enjoying some lemonade in the Inn you may realize his eyes twinkle with knowledge and his long unkempt hair may make you think he doesn’t spend much time around anyone of royal class.
As he walks off you may see the bright and blue lettering on the back of his clerical robe that shows he is a proud cleric and a proud member of Serendipitous Resurrection.

With new experience in level as in age, gear and general demeanor changes over time. I wonder if a char description must be constant to qualify?
example; freshly washed hair, a new scar across the face, hunched shoulders.

Hair, the color of the blackest night..so long, it trails on the ground, behind her.
When training, she will twist it, and tuck the end, in her belt, to keep it from tripping her.

Eyes, so light, a blue, with a hint, of green, though, their color is more difficult to see these days, because she pulls her hair over her left shoulder, to cover that side of her face.
Occasionally, when the breeze catches it, moving her hair from her face, a deep scar can be glimpsed crossing her left eye, and continuing down the side of her face.
If asked, she will tell you it is a remnant of a past raid.
Lips, a shade of red.. thought's of fresh blood, may come to mind.

Wears a delicately carved pin, in the shape of a V, with a dagger through it, pinned to her robe, representing her new guild family, The Vanguard.

She stands tall, and slender.. 5'11", and, only 124 lbs.

Her name is, Diabolique..

She has seen, 18 winters.

She is never, quick to laugh.

The judges will be looking at the profile at a certain time (think snapshot). Many people make changes from time to time as they train, clean up for a party, etc. I hope that helps answer your question.
