DIRECTIONS:
The Hall - East of Milltown off the Royal Road.
Last North turn before Caer Laleldan.
Left at the Caer Laleldan Life Monument going West.

Grab a low level friend to help clear the way, and several high level friends with lots of potions - You're gonna need all the help you can get to lure out and conquer the dreaded Onyx Vulture.
