Hello everyone.. um.. unaccustomed as I am to public speaking... **looks around nervously** I'd like to just say, Thanks Urkki, for the great welcome and I'll do my best to keep all the scrolls in order and blot free.

Please be patient while I catch up on some of the work that is already waiting. When you send your information to me, it would be helpful if you include your name, ((character number)), profession, the name of your sponsor and if possible, other names in your line so that searching out the right scroll will be a little bit easier.

Just to check, the easiest way to send you info would be (making up names here)

George (character number) sponsored Bill (character number) as a Rogue.

And saying who sponsored George might help too?

Yes Az... though if George is already on the Rogue scroll, all I would need is:

George Sponsored Bill (Character number) as a rogue.

However, it makes it easier to find George if I know which branch of the rogue family tree to look on, so any extra information about who else is in their line would be helpful.

Now that I'm starting to get caught up, please feel free to PM me here with names of sponsors and sponsees to be added to the lineages.

It would be really helpful if someone in each guild could check their membership rolls against the lineage scrolls and send me the details of those who are not listed.. or listed as sponsored by unknown people.

Well Az, as someone said... it comes in dribs and drabs! But progress is being made.

It's interesting that some people don't remember who sponsored them and some even refuse to say. I would have thought that sponsoring was an ongoing thing rather than a quick visit to the temple. But mostly folks are proud of their sponsors and sponsees.

To the people of Valorn...

I apologize to any who've been asked twice about their sponsors. Sometimes we overlap and, obviously we aren't awake all the time to chase down new sponsees and ask them.

Please folks, if you know of someone who is recently sponsored, don't hesitate to send a message. I would rather gather names that are already on the scrolls than miss them entirely.

Even if you're not interested in your family line, others who come after you may want to know who sponsored whom back to the beginning. It's a shame to have a family line end on the Unknown Sponsor listings.

Hello Folks!

I have great pleasure of letting you all know that a new Part-Time Assistant to The Junior Lineagist has been made official.

Azure Greenhills has been helping with the lineagist scrolls from the beginning of the project. She has been awesome at sending in information on the sponsorships happening in Valorn and without this information progress would have been much slower and more difficult for those editting the scrolls.

Welcome aboard Az.. even though you've been there, helping already.

Been a while since this thread got attention so...*blows the dust off and motions Az to do proper cleaning*

As some of you might know I am again doing the updates and asking some questions, Az does most of that though. There has been a load of updates, some big, some small and I'd like to thank anyone who has helped so far and I'd like to ask everyone to check their "data" as well as look around the lineages to see if you spot anything missing or misplaced, thanks!

If you would like a similar picture for your character listing in the lineages books, you can supply a small picture to Urkki, or perhaps convince Asrai the Cartoonist to make one. They appear with your listing in lineages.

After some thought, I'd like to add few things:

Use only a picture that you've created or a picture that you have permission to use. (I know I've added 3 pictures that possibly don't qualify for these limitations, but since I added them before I said it...but should I receive complaints from the original artists or right owners they are gone.)
